I've never heard of anything like that before??The other day they had seafood stuffed baked potatoes in Publix. I bought 3 of them to see what they were all about. It was one of my sides to the tomato marinated shrimp dinner. Last night was my homemade version. Will definitely do them again with a few tweaks of course.
