MacKenzie Posted May 6, 2016 Report Share Posted May 6, 2016 (edited) Brined these 2 chops for a few hours then dressed them for the KK. On the KK @350F until internal temp. was 155F. Cooked. Plated. Look at that moisture. While the KK was coming up to temperature a friend dropped by with some cup cakes that she had made. WOW! I ate this one before putting the chops on the grill.
