Pre melted some Muenster cheese. I tried doing it in a pan but that was a complete pain. Then my brain started working and I threw it on the 200* KK for a few minutes.

Parboiled some monster potatoes until just Al Dente. Peeled and cut into potato disks. Griddle seared to crisp them up a bit then put them in the KK to finish cooking.

That is some creative cooking right there.

That is something you only get in a fancy restaurant or the Reefs Bistro.

TY tinyfish - another one of my search the Internet for pictures and go from there.

I have to start searching too.

Sometimes too fancy is no good and too simple is no good, I'm at a loss at what to cook.

If you look at the voting in the past that is a really true statement. I too was at a complete loss but I figured the standard cooks were going to be covered by other people and I wanted to challenge myself with something unique.

Awesome cook! I love lamb. My wife, on the other hand, doesn’t, which means there’s not much opportunity to cook lamb at our house.

TY wilburpan - bummer on the wife but next time she's not going to be home for dinner put lamb on the menu.
