Thick loin chops stuffed with wild rice and cooked in a taco rack sitting on Grill Grates. Served with sage and brown sugar seasoned apples and onions. A quick and easy weeknight meal.

Nice trick with the taco rack. Were they difficult to remove after cooking?

Sprayed the rack with grape seed oil beforehand. They popped right out.

.

I've used the taco rack this way numerous times before. Great for when the chops are just not quite thick enough to stand on their own.

Again, Charles, killer cook!  Kudos.

Didn't have a bottle of wine although I'm sure I had a mixed drink or three - how else does one get anything accomplished around the grill ;-)

Very, very nice!   Ditto on the creative use of the taco rack too!

TY dstr8 - taco aren't just for tacos. I've even made breakfast tacos that had a bacon weave taco that I used the rack to form the bacon into a taco shell shape.
