bosco
Spent the day cleaning the KKs up and figured I may as well do a burn and give them some love. Cooked salmon and chicken breast and hit the 32 with some wings. I used the coffee grinder and ground down some lanes BBQ signature rub. Placed the wings in a foil pan and cooked them for 30 min. The grease drippings from the chicken collected and almost fried them. Then I put them over open flame for 15 min. Crispy wings on the grill with nothing but the drippings to crunch them up... who would have thought.
