Thanksgiving eve

Since we had a ton of people coming to town for thanksgiving my parents asked if I would cook for the night before. Of course I said yes. They bought the rib roast and I had good results. However due to circumstances beyond my control. My roast was over cooked. However I loved the flavor. i didn't get a plate shot.

The roast was completely gone with no left overs.

I still see some pink, so it wasn't that overcooked! I'd eat it!
