Aussie Ora Posted January 13, 2017 Report Share Posted January 13, 2017 I posted a couple of pics in some other threads but thought the cook needs to be shared so I got myself half a leg of lambgave it a sprinkle of bush lamb rubthen mixed up some evoo,honey and some honey wholegrain mustardand gave the lamb a good slather then popped in some rosemarygot Ora up to 350and on it goesI threw on some pear woodgave it a baste with more of the honey mixlooking goodand readynow for the carveI took it off when my thermapen read 135 and carvedso moist and juicy Dee prepared the sides lookout no salad lol and plated with some gravy it tasted awesome the honey mix goes really well with lamb Outback Kamado Bar and Grill Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
