Chefin Posted July 7, 2017 Author Report Share Posted July 7, 2017 The grill came and we got in place on Friday. Dennis said he'd get it to me for my party on the 4th and did. To be sure I did ruin 40 lbs of meat for the part I wanted to do a few test runs. Saturday I did a rack or spare ribs. Didn't think of taking a pick until it was to late. Chefin Posted July 7, 2017 Author Report Share Posted July 7, 2017 4th - The bid day. Started 2 briskets overnight on Monday. About 7:00 am I added 5 racks of pork spare ribs. Took off the Briskets around 10:30 and spread out the ribs. Everything came out perfect. Used hickory for the smoke.
