All these rib cooks made me want some more I used the same combination as I used on the uncle dougies wing cook .e456b189e2b6de2431cfeec7088ca6d6.jpg.got Ora up to 250 with some pecan ready to go on .dfc20ac179c6c2d888e1d7906fedfbef.jpg.and on they go notice foil only on one side I have found I can get Ora up to 250 throw wood on and only cover half the grate ,greatly reducing the time it takes to settle in with a full grate covered with alfoil how cool .211e01a94898b1c5a9e9ea046d42ef7f.jpg.looking good.05fc060840c145c9282e43350be8d8dc.jpg.gave them a rest in foil for 15 and yum.285dddb04c1e31c0ab40c99ea504b5f9.jpg.6c9041e59f733a97eeb2935bb0d8473c.jpg.decided to slice them with some salad.8b1912a056b211cbbb68bcfdf94d3b3b.jpg.afb5cdf72f08761ba2379fcf611ccf80.jpg. I must add this combination tastes so good .

Another great beef rib cook. 
Now that I have a source for good beef ribs I want to try a Asian vinegar mop version. 
 
That sounds interesting is that Korean style
