Balsamic Garlic Roasted Mushrooms

This recipe is new to me but it did sound tasty so here we go.

I didn't have any lemon for the end so I add 1/2 t lemon myrtle.  

Just on the KK.

Roasted at 400F for 25 mins. Temperature is nearly there.

Roasted.

Searing steak.

Plated with sweet potato fries, sprouted peas and steak.

A great mushroom taste from these.

Thanks, Bruce.  The mushrooms were better than I anticipated. This recipe will be in the regular rotation.

That's a one beautiful looking fungi you have there Mac. Another perfect meal. I don't get it, how is it that every time I see your cooks the grates are impeccable. No, it ain't right. Nova Scotia must have grate fairys that come around at night and do the cleaning. My two dogs are pretty good too.

Nice meal Mac mushrooms are always good yours look great did you notice the taste of the lemon myrtle

Thanks, Aussie, I thought I did but you know the power of suggestion. Next time I will add just a touch more. For sure you can smell the lemon from the myrtle bag.
