On The Porch Hooping and Hollering.

It hasn't rained at Reef's Bistro in literally 9 or 10 weeks. So dry lately I've been a little scared to fire up the Nuke Delta grill. But the rain was coming. Had a KK coming up to temp and me and Mrs skreef were in the house playing a little pool.

Then the rain came B)  We were so excited about the rain we ran out onto the front porch yelling and screaming in joy!!!

If I have to explain further you wouldn't understand - but GA farmers understand.

I feel for farmers everywhere .they are doing it hard .down here the east cost has gone from floods drought and now to Bush fires it's a vicious cycle

Yes I know about no rain. We have been in a drought situation on and off for the past 10 years. Sometimes no rain for a couple of years. I feel for the GA farmers

I'm just wondering what "hooping" is...I'm guessing it doesn't involve basketball.

Hooping:  cough?   square dance?   knitting term?   new pizza pan ring?   wishing for the best?     Need to brush up on my southern speak!!!!!!!

Like Ma and Pa Kettle said above but y'all know the truth. Yep, it was Ckreef.....he disappeared late at nite and rain danced all over the back yard lawn continually hooping and hoolering some Southern mumbo jumbo and.... then it rained.  Or at least he thought so until he turned round and saw Mrs Ckreef by the spicket working the backyard sprinkler.
