  1. Happy Mother's Day.. I felt very fortunate this year because my mother came and stayed for two weeks the end of this last March. The worst thing about making a life overseas is that you are so far from old friends and family. Here are some shots of my amazing mother.. BTW she's 81 years young! This was last month when she was in Bali Last month in Bali with my kids This was 2010 in Bali with my rascals This was her 81st birthday last November

  2. These are just in I have not even got them all up and priced in the website. But lots of new cabinets with shelves and drawers on roller bearings and brushed CNC cut stainless on everything. PS The white film is the protective membrane from the SS factory in the website but here are some teasers for you..

  3. Just wanted to give my opinion on picking a color. Although there are many beautiful colors to choose from and after pondering over what color I should pick I must say the matte black is just flat out one SEXY looking beast and I'm more then ecstatic over my choice! Doesn't get any better then this color combo with all that killer stainless. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G935A using Tapatalk

  5. Hope all the mothers had a great day today! Spun a rack of pork today along with some grilled burgers and spiral beef hotdogs. Wood fire and hamburgers is such a good blend! Sorry no finished burgers and dogs but picture those juicy red from the smoke ring grilled kind.. I love those red hamburgers. The pork was sooo juicy and tasty! Used Mulberry on this cook. Yum For roasts, rib roasts etc.... I like running the spit through the short way of the roast so when you slice you don't have the hole go through the middle so makes for a better presentation for your guest.

  12. Aussie one of these days ...one of these days! Lots of things are on my wish list and that's one of them. I'll get there! For now anyway I have lots of cookers but most are in storage. I'll break out one of the portable ones like yesterday for when I have to travel. Otherwise it's the 007 for home....I wouldn't trade that cooker for the world....man is it fun to use and turns out some amazing food.

  17. Hey Anton I sent you Pm I know it's difficult to judge. But for some reference go into your local bbqs galore and look at the 18in classic and the big Joe 24 in .that will give you a good visual reference to the size you are after its not exactly the same as seeing a 19 or 23 KK in person but good enough.then run out quickly before you end up with a Joe lol Sent from my SM-P600 using Tapatalk

  20. We had another sunny morning and it feels so good after all that miserable rain and cold that we have been having for days that I decided to cook breakfast on Little Ms Pebbles. This was the reading in the sun, which where my KK is sitting. [emoji4] Chicken sausage patties, bacon and Taz fried egg. Potatoes from the AirFryer. Plated.

  22. I found a great place to buy fresh scallops, yippie.:) It is one to those trucks that sell out of the back at a local gas station. He gets the scallops from the fisher the night before. I wish I had made tartar sauce, next time.

  23. Hi Ken, As you own a 32" KK and a 19", I would like to ask you if the performances are similar, apart from size and food capacity. I am seriously thinking of buying a KK but there is a bit of a performance involved as I am in Australia, and will have to go through customs, VAT, etc. Don't think I need nor could afford a Big Beast. The 19' looks very nice, but it is difficult to decide on a size when you cannot sight the different sizes. Hope you see this and look forward to your reply. Cheers, Anton.

  24. Hatch Chile Sausage Pocket Sammies for dinner. Knockin out the fat...George Foreman ain't got nothin Used OctoForks "OctoSkewers" (coming soon) to spin and served with pocket sammies with sauteed bells, onions and siracha mustard. Yum! I was only cooking using 5 but you could do "quad" and multiple plus extended setups etc...and spin a boatload of skewers. It's mind blowing how many a 32 or 42" could handle!
