The fishman was in town at a local gas station and because I know this will be extra fresh I stopped buy and bought a package. All that salt block talk clicked in and I put mine in Little Ms. Pebbles and let it heat soak at 425F for nearly an hour. Then added the fish. Plated.

This is a picture of a roast. The conference was for my (belated) 60th birthday along with my coauthor Mike Stillman. We're being roasted. I'm on the left; Mike is next in the red shirt. (Just now on the phone I had a great conversation with Dennis.)

Cherry glazed pork chops featuring Orondo Ruby Reef Jam and fresh cracked Tasmanian Pepper Berries. The purple crack berries gave the cherry glaze a nice purple hue.

I'm a huge fan of WhatsApp as a messaging and communications tool.. I use it almost hourly to send and receive images and videos from the factory. I also use it when shopping to share what I've found.. I no longer buy the wrong produce according to my wife because I let her see and choose herself. If you don't have it or never heard of it you are missing out.. For those of you who missed it.. Facebook Paid $19 Billion last year to acquire WhatsApp. It's the largest app of it's type with over 1.2 billion users globally. It cleverly uses your phone number as your account name and immediately syncs with your phone's contact list and lets you know who has it. You can also use it in your computer using a browser.. I use to feel the same way. Once I got my mobile site setup properly I like it better.

Tapatalk won't properly handle the new TOS agreement. That along with a few other Tapatalk issues and John suspended support for Tapatalk indefinitely. I'm sure it's definitely upset some people. The reality is both this forum and kamado guru have decent mobile interfaces without using Tapatalk. I use to be a die hard Tapatalk user but dropped it about 6 month ago and now just login from the mobile site. If you're on a small device you just need to make sure you're on the mobile site not the full browser site. Also the mobile site has configurable activity streams so if can show you content anyway you like.

A little example of why a baking steel griddle is awesome. This is the griddle side of the same steel I use on my KK for pizza and smash burgers. Indoors, we're doing English muffins today for eggs Benedict made with some leftover Wagyu tri tip.
