Got a collar butt /pork neck this is my preffered cut for pulled pork all meat no bone I mixed up some of this . with some apple sauce and bourbon got it right this time lol and injected it .then thinking about ckreefs mopping I decided to mop it with some kakadu plum sprinkle it with pepper berry and Himalayan rock salt .on it goes over peach .1st mop in stay tuned lol. MacKenzie is also of the female persuasion, and with alarming regularity she puts all the men on this forum including myself to shame and knocks cook after cook out of the park. Not just in the breadth and depth of her cooks but her photography is also award winning quality. I call her the Julia Childs of Charcoal cooking! I encourage you to just jump in.. they are very user friendly.

  7. Happy International Egg Day everyone. BTW, that is only one slice of my tomato. Right after breakfast started the makings of carrot soup. Fresh carrots out of the ground, garlic cloves and onion quarters and on the KK to roast. Getting there and does my ODK ever smell delicious. Done after 1.5 hours at 365F.
