  2. All these rib cooks made me want some more I used the same combination as I used on the uncle dougies wing cook ..got Ora up to 250 with some pecan ready to go on ..and on they go notice foil only on one side I have found I can get Ora up to 250 throw wood on and only cover half the grate ,greatly reducing the time it takes to settle in with a full grate covered with alfoil how cool ..looking good..gave them a rest in foil for 15 and yum...decided to slice them with some salad... I must add this combination tastes so good . Outback kamado Bar and Grill

  3. Great game! And, the air fryer drumsticks in Dougie's marinade came out great, too!

  4. It was an enjoyable game to say the least. When it came down to it Philly made just a few more plays than the Pats. No regrets, a well played clean game and I'm happy to step up to fulfill my obligation. Congrats to all. I will be reaching out to you Tekobo to see where your interests lay in the hope for a satisfactory arrangement pleasing you.

  10. Well...ribs look good but I have a smaller Super Bowl gathering than planned. Just me and my young spawn. One couple cancelled and my NZ visitors went for a walk instead of watching game. [emoji51] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

  11. Pre-game warm-up, was brunch actually. Local brewery game day release party of their maple syrup infused, bourbon barrel aged, Russian Imperial Stout called Gazprom. All 4 years, plus an "unoaked" version of the 2017 release. It's a Gazprom-apolluza! What goes with all this yummy beer - Vladimir Poutine! Poutine with beef stroganoff and fontina cheese curds topped with a fried egg! Game On!

  12. I draw the line at below zero wind chills. Even though my KK is only 5 ft from my kitchen door, it's just brutal standing out there setting everything up in these temperatures even all bundled up in a tuque and mittens. Plus, I get to experiment with my air fryer. So, it's a double win for me!

  18. Chicken drumsticks in the air fryer (too damned cold here today to grill - MINUS 7F wind chills!) and a batch of fries/onion rings/hushpuppies in the air fryer, too.

  19. Butts for Super Bowl party. Rubbed with Texas BBQ Rub original, maple chunks and coco char. Cooked to 205° internal. Both were roughly 9.5 lbs, and took roughly 16 hrs at 235°. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
