  1. ckreef, what a wonderful looking pulled pork and beans dinner. :occasion5:    As for the dessert it doesn't look that tasty so why don't you just box it up and send it to me, I'll eat it for you :love10:

Seriously an all around awesome cook :smt041

  2. First, cheddar cheese and red pepper stuffed baby portabella mushrooms.

Used the mayo idea Tony mentioned earlier today.

This was a slow and low cook until the fire at the end :) 250F for about 1.5 hours. A 50/50 mix of ground pork and beef used to make a 6 oz burger.

A nice hot fire for searing.

    Searing the flip side.

The mushrooms were on for the entire cook except for the searing time.

  3. tony, I cut the bomb in half, put a thin slice of cheese on top and put it under the broiler to melt the cheese. Yes, I agree you might be pushing your luck to do as thin as 2 layers but I didn't cut the root all the way through hoping it would help to hold the onion together. Glad you like the pixs, I'm not sure which I like better eating or doing the pixs:)

  4. Place spoonfuls of yogurt on a paraflexx sheet and dry in the dehydrator at  125F until dry 8-10 hours.

Dress with some spicy Pepper Herb Jelly.

I'm sorry I only made a half a dozen so I could see how I liked them. :(
