CC, another fine simple meal. It brings back memories growing up on a farm.. We raised our own meat. I love ham steaks. We need to cook us one. Mrs. Reef's Bistro

Rak, that was def a new way to cook Chicken. Did the pineapple keep it moist? Or was the stand was the only purpose. Either way, it looks droolicous. Mrs. Reef's Bistro

This cook reminds me of a story.. The first thing ckreef ask me how i like my steak cooked.. I said med-rare.. He wipe his brow and said "if it was well done.. It was a deal breaker" good thing i love rare... Rare steak and a rare man... Your steaks still looks great. A very nice meal. Mrs. Reef's Bistro

I love looking at garage stuff.. Or my favorite is old antique stores. I found a antique silver platter.. It had the stamp of a place and i email them.. They say it was from Dekota State made for a Hotel. Made around 1890's to 1920..i paid $2 for a box at a Auction. Which it was in. Best $2 I ever spent. Mrs. Reef's Bistro

Thank you Mk, tinyfish, Aussie and CC.. I just told ck last night, it was time for me to cook something new. Don't know if I can make something to out do the carrot cake and ladyfinger cake. They both were alot of work... But ill think of something.. Got ckreef sister coming up the end of July so maybe then i will come up with a idea. Mrs. Reef's Bistro
