SmallBBQr I was unlucky but lucky when I decided to purchase mine my pride and joy motorcycle got stolen and the insurance paid me out what to buy I already has a kj classic and Jr .and loved the style of kamado cooking but was not overly happy with the build quality so I jumped in the deep end sight unseen like most of us and am so glad I did .as far as the U.S. dollar when I went to the states in 2011. I got $1.05c US for my Aussie dollar wow I had a great time but I had never herd of a kamado let alone a KK that would have been the perfect time for me but those days are gone back to 76cents lol.8 grand is a lot of money but what you are getting will last Outback Kamado Bar and Grill

Right I did not kow that the 23 is round well it was until I jumped on it lol I do my chooks at 400 and ark it up to about 450 for 10 min near the end Outback Kamado Bar and Grill

You will be able to get a motor in England .I bought the rotisserie from Dennis and just found a motor locally most seem universal that fit perfectly I was using the motor that came with my joetisserie before I sold it .I would stick to a 10 kg one on the 23 seems ample for what I do but if you have a 32 or 42 then you might want to go bigger if you are spinning a pig lol Outback Kamado Bar and Grill

Cheers everyone have not done some in ages and ckreef I was looking up what to do with old bay and came across someone raving about it on chicken so I thought why not tate great Outback Kamado Bar and Grill

I found an old Amish take on pecan pie recipie back when pecans where worth more than your house they used rolled oats lol I usually make my own crust but used a store bought one on this I had to flip it over and it fell apart a bit but still good Outback Kamado Bar and Grill -

Nicely spun chook mate do you have the split basket .the way you are doing is a bit like inderect I set up my basket with the coals at the back and place my drip pan on the metal plate .arking up the heat at the end always works for a nice crispy skin Outback Kamado Bar and Grill

Any cat that can learn Spanish is awesome lol. I personally don't like cats well in saying that I do but cats have been introduced to Australia and feral cats kill our little native marsupials .I believe for where I live they should be indoor or shot Outback Kamado Bar and Grill
