  10. I got a nice little chunk of beef tenderloin and thought I would reverse sear it I started cutting up some bacon to make some crispy bacon bitsI then smeared the bacon fat on the beefand gave it a quod sprinkle of thisthe mandatory salad lol it was hot here yesterday got up to 37'c- 98.6 f. I got Ora upto 300 and threw on a bit of pecanI was thinking about the reverse sear knowing foil acts as a great deflector I thought I would use it like my half moon deflector on my Kj classic and just put a bit underneath worked a charmgot it up to tempthen gave it a searI let it rest and rolled it in the bacon bitsand carved and platedI think the bacon fat took it to another level tasted so good Sent from my SM-P600 using Tapatalk

  14. I have a 23 and believe it is capable of feeding 10 people easy be it low and slow or grilling if not more. It all depends on your lifestyle are you a family of 6 and an entertainer, or just a couple that has the odd get together buying the biggest Grill is not necessarily a good idea. Example say I am single and live by myself and by the new 42 to cook my one chop on lol Sent from my SM-P600 using Tapatalk
  15. There are a few varietys of mulberry the red are nice and sweet and the black a little sour and sweet with a nice tang if you know what I mean I grew up with one in my back yard. Mum loved them for cooking pies but hated how they stained us kids faces and clothes. They are nice and juicy and best straight from the tree. Sent from my SM-P600 using Tapatalk
  16. Like bosco said mate when I got mine the cost of it disappeared. It's a stunning work of art that leaves my Kj for dead. The food comes out so much better no joke. It's amazing . I heard all this before I got mine and thought yeah yeah blah blah but it's fair dinkum. I hope you get to realize this for yourself Sent from my SM-P600 using Tapatalk

  18. Looking at the staircase. pic it looks like a 45 degree angle. 2.4m . Drop. After thinking about how I would do this I reckon. If your using ply wood and willing to drill it your stairs I would step it out if you had four strong blokes you could physically do it but because of the angle you would want the strongest at the bottom and someone holding a rope at the top to keep it sraight Sent from my SM-P600 using Tapatalk
  19. Hope everyone had a great feed with family and friends Sent from my SM-P600 using Tapatalk
