  4. Words can't describe how good these thighs were. For me Summertime has to include boneless skinless bbq thighs and spun over a fire is just icing on the cake!

  6. Too bad. I'd assume it could be made with an O-ring and twist n seal. Did you say you checked distance yet?

  8. I'm sure you would but I'd be cautious on where to put the probe on a rotisserie cook. I'd hate to see the probe work loose and fall into the fire. I'm probably being paranoid but better safe than sorry. How much of the probe can go into the meat?
  9. I know a lot of people that was thinking this was a fake and never materialize. Now that myth is busted things should get interesting!
  10. It just sounded good and glad I made it! Normally I'd do a ground beef taco salad.
  11. Who likes Taco Salad? Here's a chicken version from a rotisserie spatchcock with sides of corn on the cob!.Rotisserie and corn with a pair of OctoForks, black beans done in a pressure cooker and mixed up a homemade taco seasoning.
  12. Yes sir I acknowledge! lol On a side note I'm thinking about doing more veggie kabob items. I'm getting meated out somewhat.

  14. Oh i forgot to say the pepper. These were poblano, they're definitely my go2 for stuffing/grilling.

  16. I've been due for these and should cook them more often! Sweet Italian cooked with onions and fire cooked with melted mixed cheeses. Grilled/smoked over the fire with my 007 and this basket sure does come in handy!
  17. Layering on the flavor. Started with rotisserie ribs and then wrapped in bacon! Pineapple...well I'm addicted to spit roasted pineapple! Rib tips on the grate
