Well, one place for sure while you are in Charleston, SC is Hyman's Seafood. It is on Meeting Street just up from the market. If you are gonna be in the area for a few days and want some BBQ too, there is a Sticky Fingers restaurant (chain, but good - get the ribs) a couple doors down from Hyman's. Across the street Stickys is a southern food place called Justine's which serves up the best fried pork chop and green's I have ever had a restaurant (hope it is still there, been a while). Plenty of good eats and places to stay in the market area. Though the most relaxing place to stay is Middleton Place Gardens. -=Jasen=-

If it is the same one I have, it is a LED flex light with a magnetic/clip on base sold at Lowes (just a quick guess here). I like it a lot! -=Jasen=-

Man, if you only knew.....the new stuff I am on is Topamax. I think this crap was invented to torture people with. I can say it does work for the most part, but OMG the side effect. Pork Shoulder! Got the pork shoulder (coated in Rox's Rub) smoking away! New Guru lead covers in full effect. Also welded up a grill grate extender so I could put a deflector stone in here. There just was not enough height in this smoker to cook direct, nor a place for the deflector. She ain't purdy (Curly knows all about that subject), but she gets the job done till the real grill arrives!

I got out today and fired up the welder! Made a few mods to the R2D2 Bot Smoked (KK interim smoker) and got it ready for a nice fresh pork picnic tomorrow (or shoulder for those not familiar with the term). Pics to follow tomorrow. -=Jasen=-

Relax, DJ. I know that 20 pounds seems like a lot when you go to fill that little smokey joe of yours, but once you get yourself a big-boy grill then 50# will seem just fine. Ya turd! I am on a less than 20lb lifting restriction for a long time due to my back surgery and remaining nerve damage (that ain't ever wanting to heal). Now you get online tonight on xbox live for a major GRAW ass cuttin' I am gonna give you!!! Your gonna get stomped down for talkin' bout my smokey joe! -=Jasen=-
