Already have a KK 23" Ultimate , KJ Junior , and a Disc-It discada . Thinking of adding a

wood fired oven to the outdoor kitchen.  Interested to know from those that have/had one

did you find it redundant or complimentary to you Kamado. Thanks ahead of time.

I have a WFO. The KK's are my work horses. The WFO is one of my "fun" grills. 

 

He who dies with the most grills wins. I'm trying hard to win - LOL

I don't think anyone can catch up to @ckreef in that department!  I just sold my 23 KK for sure yesterday so both Milk and Meat have new prospective homes.  I am encouraging my friends to take them soon so that they catch the KK bug and carry their enthusiasm through the winter.  If they don't collect in time I could end up with a 19TT, 21, 23 and 32.  What a line up that would be!

Look into http://www.grillworksusa.com/ if you're looking into wood fire.  I'm trying to talk the Mrs in to letting me get one.

The high end restaurants have these installed.
