Komodo steak...

Been a little while since a had a good steak so tonight was the night. Two dry aged prime rib steaks and two dry aged NY steak with some bone attached by butcher calls these Kansas cut NY. I rubbed the steaks last night in Cimarron Doc's Sweet Rib Rub.

The Komodo was set at 375f-400f for direct grilling.

Pre cooked with the rub the steaks are 1# each

Tony - I'm on my way out to fire up Beauty! For the first time in quite some time. We're doing burgers this evening; poor man's steak!

Great looking steaks!

 

And the inside of your grill still looks way too clean. ^_^

Doing low and slow ribs today and brisket tonight for tomorrow. I hope that adds some colour inside.
