Two dry aged prime rib steaks and two dry aged NY steak with some bone attached by butcher calls these Kansas cut NY. I rubbed the steaks last night in Cimarron Doc's Sweet Rib Rub. The Komodo was set at 375f-400f for direct grilling. Pre cooked with the rub the steaks are 1# each Steaks looking pretty on the KK My plated shot The close up 1 Quote
