Butternut Squash soup.

For our Canadian Thanksgiving I'm in charge of the soup. My soup has butternut squash, sweet potato, potatoes, carrots, onions, celery and garlic. I roasted the veggies for a little on Sinister and then into the pot to finish.

That soup looks great Tinyfish. Even though it's still hot here, I can always eat soup. Hey MacKenzie, what are beets leaning on? I can't figure that one out. Stuffing?

tinyfish, I thought I was just going to do a quick post to respond to skreef's post and didn't intend to horn in on your squash soup post :( I guess I got caught up on the Thanksgiving thought.:)

No worries here, my soup needed a good plate of food like that.
