Chicagobill
My grill arrived last week. The problem was I wasn't home to meet it! An employee took delivery of it for me as I was away taking care of my aling father (he's doing great). I just got home this evening and the uncrateing will begin first thing in the morning. So weird to have my grill sitting in the crate for 9 days in my backyard, especially as the last 3 weeks of the wait were like I was a 5 year old a week out from Christmas morning. I'll post Christmas pictures tomorrow
Chicagobill
Not sure why the photo got rotated. Didn't show that in preview. Hmm!

Chicagobill
Lets see if this teaser works properly. I have one big problem. I wasn't here to take delivery of the grill and the driver put it in a precarious spot. Waiting on help to finish the moving it off the crate. Are there any instructions on how best to do the first warm up and check?
5698k
The top of the crate is a ramp built for rolling the grill off the pallet. Robert
5698k
As far as the burn in, if you didn't get instructions, call Dennis. There are plenty here with experience on this subject, but there's none better than the grills creator, he'll tell you things that no one else could possibly know. Chicagobill
Well folks I am flat knocked out! So beautiful I almost don't want to fire it up. Ha ha! After having to work out of a precarious crate position, I called a buddy to help me get it off the crate safely. As you can see I have pavers in my back yard and it rolled easily into place over them. Wow! Thanks Dennis the process start to finish was a joy!! There will be much more to come. I did a time lapse of the uncrateing but the forum won't let me post it.....damn! Meanwhile a few more in the wild pics.

Chicagobill
Thanks Robert, Truth be told I wanted the bronze myself but my wife wanted the pebble. Happy wife happy life. Honestly looks perfect in our backyard. .
