ckreef Posted November 4, 2015 Report Share Posted November 4, 2015 We'll keep this short and sweet. I needed redemption after mismanaging Cassiopeia last night. Management was spot on tonight. Potatoes on Cassiopeia. CI seared Brussel sprouts. CI seared pork loin chops. This entire cook was a hit with the family. Will do this again (of course with some minor improvements).
