I like the results better on the main grate but I thought this would save me a few minutes as we had spent all day at a museum and driving to said museum. Plated with homemade Chipotle sauc e, smoked salsa and homemade herb butter on the corn. My son says I need to work on my plating. Hahaha. He knows what's up. 1 Quote

I do different things depending on what I have on hand at the time. This one was lemon zest and juice, finely grated garlic, cilantro,salt and pepper, and some fresh grated parmesan cheese. Tarragon sounds like it would be good as well. Quote
