The seasoning was some salmon rub i made a couple of weeks ago and i liked it so i kept the extra....but im not sure i remember everything in it. For sure there was ground mustard， dried dill， salt， pepper， a little cayenne，brown sugar， and paprika. There may have been other things but l dont quite remember. The sauce was relatively simple. Butter， garlic， a little white wine， some home made chicken stock，and fresh lemon juice.
