I was late for the guru fish challange

Bugger things have been really busy for me at work lately which is traumatic lol might as well move in.but need some fish in my diet got a couple of baramundi fillets.f35762aee0db89dfd2e0e5e449a680c2.jpg I started of with these048c0d64f8d165b9d0ae1352fdb1c766.jpgfirst of I blended this together 1201f148fd31ffca91098b1f0c233a54.jpg120662a3ed036255874483244f07870e.jpgthen mixed some danish feta the nuts and cranberries 831aaacc9f9f80e918814ad4c4f5d729.jpgthen made some sweet potato cupscbde2dbbb54f09c0627ab1ee8ea212ca.jpgthen I thought why not some cinnamon apple7871d9d47090033fbeb7cf2c6ea63b81.jpgI put these in the oven to cook away and started on the Barra gave it some lemon myrtle pepper berry mixdb386e3c79457e2aa37dcb4291ceaf2e.jpg0e5801b0dbd1ae23f30676ea9fc8828c.jpgon it goes3ecb9ab9bbff3f0a55016ca9720a83e4.jpg9d29584b02e6bc5e634679cbcd40c2b4.jpgI filled the potato cups with the feta mix and gave them a bit of oven time5898f36760874c8d393f43bd7d453dd7.jpgthen set one on a bed of rice and layered the apple for the Barra to rest on 21950318e1939e5cce1200f9f9ca2cdc.jpgdrizzled the sweet potato with some blood orange balsamic topped the Barra with some puffed peanuts and cranberries and drizzled it with a balsamic reduction and peach balsamic a0ac0be4fd3b2bb4d06dc4b54f74f232.jpgthe mixture of flavours really of the Richter scale blended so well

Are you crying yet? I found another one locally - Honey White Basalmic - not as good as the peach but I doubt anything is. Will explore the honey version a bit to see if it's worth buying more. 

BTW great cook. Next month I'll remind you if I don't see anything posted.

Those peanut thingies look crazy, especially on top of grilled fish! Dude, you are totally bonkers in the kitchen! :salute:

I'm bonkers most the time lol I love experimenting and those puffed peanuts tastes great

Not yet I have diligently been able to use them on a few special cooks I have half a bottle of peach and 3/4 of the blood orange left .not opened the Neapolitan herb yet will have to taste test it to figure out what I can use it for going by the rest I'm sure it's going to be nice .glad you sent me them if dee had her way the peach would have been gone ages ago on ice cream lol

You have way more self restraint than I had. The Neapolitan Herb is on the  savory side. You definitely need to open that up.
