Steve M
That's ok CT Cooking, we are probably more patient than we seem. You'll be cooking before you know it.
MacKenzie
It's not a race, enjoy the journey, as much as possible under the conditions. You soon will be in a situation where you will have time to enjoy the KK.

TomRaz
Are you a half upper rack or some type of split rack ?
tony b
Nice job on those ribs! I bet the chicken got devoured, too, as I think roasted whole chicken is the single best thing that the KK does better than other cookers.
MacKenzie
Those ribs looks soooooo delicious and what a great smoke ring.
CT Cooking!
Yeah I just used the main grate and half with the drip pan under. Being new I left the other half open in case I needed to add coals or smoke more easily. However as has been said so many times on this forum no fire maintenance was needed lol thanks for the feedback all! Me and some friends are doing a turkey drive this weekend and I’m bringing more ribs to the service event to share with the volunteers! happy holidays all and to all you veterans thank you for your service!
