Aussie Ora Posted October 7, 2018 Report Share Posted October 7, 2018 Got a nice collar butt from my local butcher. .injected it with some apple sauce,peach juice ,Brown sugar and some bourbon. Then gave it some rub. . On it goes over peach wood. .Gave it a baste of the peach sauce. .Can't wait.
