Aussie Ora Posted October 7, 2018 Report Posted October 7, 2018 Got a nice collar butt from my local butcher. .injected it with some apple sauce,peach juice ,Brown sugar and some bourbon. Then gave it some rub. . On it goes over peach wood. .Gave it a baste of the peach sauce. .Can't wait. Outback Kamado Bar and Grill 5

sfdrew28 Posted October 15, 2018 Report Posted October 15, 2018 Too funny! I just finished eating my pulled pork sandy. I didn’t take pics of it after I shredded and plated it. I used dizzy pig as a rib and an east Carolina vinegar sauce. Came out excellent. 3
