  2. Your pork is going to be awesome and that bread looks perfect, pretty much what we expect from you.๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘
  3. Happy Halloween everyone, I have a cookout to go to tomorrow so I figured I should make some pork and a little focaccia. I got tired of making the same old sourdough loafs so I started in on this. The pork should be done in another 15 hours or so lol
  4. Last week
  5. The 38โ€ has the same Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. I have seen photos of the 42 where the splitter has two dividers making a nice square section in the middle instead of being off to one side.
  7. Iโ€™m not sure what you mean. I absolutely use the basket splitter, thereโ€™s no need for a full basket of coal for any cook. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  8. Did you use a center fire on the 38? I have seen photos of this on the 42" but not the 38. Then again it might be better to have the fire off to one side regardless
  9. I have personally used both the 32โ€ and 38โ€, and without question, I like the 38โ€. The three piece grates in the 38โ€ are an absolute game changer. As I get older, the weight of the grates in these larger grill becomes a thing. As far as 38โ€ vs 42โ€, I donโ€™t know for sure. It may boil down to whether one or the other is available in a color you like. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. To be clear I'm not looking to buy one used, just looking to see one in person before pulling the trigger. I am tempted by the 38 over the 32, and I'm tempted by the 42 over the 38. I actually find the 38 vs 42 decision to be a tough one.
  11. I just did some a few weekends ago. I cut up an oak log and put the chunks right in with the lump. Turned out amazing!

  13. Ironic. I was telling a friend last night about making bacon on my KK. Haven't done in a while. Has me thinking.
  14. Love porchetta, but rarely put in the work to make. Hats off!
  15. Not a bad time to revisit this post..
  16. Careful...some of these folks are really good at spending other people's money!
  17. Yeah, just get one from Dennis. The price difference wonโ€™t really be that much different, plus you get to pick your color, and itโ€™s delivered to your door, which is much easier than transporting one yourself. Take a look at the 38โ€ while youโ€™re at it, itโ€™s incredibly versatile. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  18. Just get one, you wont be disappointed. I'm on the other coast but this is mine !!!
  19. This video really shows you a lot of a 32" Big Bad.. Next best thing to being there..
  20. It was excellent! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  21. Wow, that dinner looks sooo tasty, makes my mouth water just looking at it.๐Ÿฅฐ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘
  22. You should reach out to Dennis, he might know someone
  23. Made a Porchetta Abruzzo style with salsa verde today on my Kamado as well as Smoked Acorn Squash with Parmesan Flan for dinner tonight. Quite possibly the best thing Iโ€™ve ever made! Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  24. Yes, you can cook a tomahawk steak hanging in your KK, but the main question is whether hanging it cooks better than grilling it horizontally. It isn't automatically better, and your concern about uneven cooking is reasonable.
