One of those waskels could of made a deposit. I only say this because, what else, it happened to me. I let him out and he marks all his favorite spots, don't fear it hardens the grout.
Contacted the shipping company today (per Dennis) and they said I should have it by February 9th. If not, give them a call. So things are looking good right now.
If you ever questioned the moisture retention of a KK I have proof. Condensation dripping out the bottom of my KK about 2 hrs into my cook of a couple of chuck roasts at 275 using the billows. Will post addl pics in the misc everyday cooks section later. Anyway see that puddle? Water dripping out of the kk. I have drip pans solidly under the food so I know it isn’t fat. Your toes must be itchin, the window blinds up and the dog is getting extra treats for being on watch. It seems like an eternity since you placed your order, I do hope your end is in sight. You know we're having two feet of snow delivered up here tomorrow, but I'll be cooking just the same. Good luck.
@PoochieI can get Dizzy Dust locally, as both ACE Hardware and a local BBQ shop carry the Dizzy Pig line. Available online, too - directly from them or Amazon. Their rubs are a staple in my pantry for a long time.
Thanks for all the compliments on the ribs. I can only take partial credit (I didn't screw them up!). The real credit goes to the Porter Road folks. These ribs were amazing. Will definitely order them again and will try a pork butt from them, too.
