  1. TheBeast has a Sunbrella cover that is top shelf. I recommend them heartily and can't say enough good things about them. Call Dennis today to get yours; they are worth it!
  2. Simpler is better! Well done. Kudos to ya, Charles!
  3. Doc, I think my Buddy runs it from his farm, he's a gentleman farmer, outside of OKC. Which reminds me, I need to call him. Thanks.
  4. I loved those cold winter nights when Mom served those Swanson pies. Brings back a lot of memories, Dennis! But, of course you're right, MacKenzies absolutely must be better! Kudos again, MacKenzie!
  5. Epic pot pie; great comfort food! Scrumptious I'm sure. Very nicely done. Kudos to you!
  6. I'd eat that all day long, 'cause that's how long it would take me! I miss BBQ served on butcher paper like they do in South Texas. Takes me back to my grad school days. Those were really good years.
  7. +1^! Tony, missionaries catch a lot of arrows, most of them in the back! I'll learn from my adventuresome compatriots and look like a genius at home. I have a lot of references to the contrary!
  8. You guys are just dead cold! And I love it! Bosceaux - does anything clinch when you see tose pics? Does the pucker factor increase even just a bit?
  9. That cook is bang on GORGEOUS! Wonderful color and money shots. Kudos!
  10. Doc, I can count 6 wonderful reasons why you're a great guy. I have a very dear friend who raises Black and Tans and runs a Black and Tan rescue. They are wonderful dogs, each and every one. They are almost as lazy as greyhounds, but when it comes time to run, they are all business. If I hadn't rescued a couple of cats, I'd have a Black and Tan sitting here next to me. Kudos to you for your rescue efforts!
  11. Thanks, Wilbur! I do appreciate it. I had no intention of embarrassing you. When anyone has a skill as refined as is yours, there should be no embarrassment in sharing, especially with your KK Family!
  12. For a first brisket, I don't see how you get any better! Wonderful looking cook. Kudos on that smoke ring! I really like how you were "... taking samples as I progressed ..."! I've gotta remember that next time I cook a brisket. Thanks!
  13. Poochie, if you only knew how on target you are. Wilbur is an artist in wood. I've seen some of his work and it's truly world class. Wilbur, please post the URL to your woodworking website. We'd all love to see it.
  14. Charles - it was worth the wait! Thanks for the journey. Kudos to you and skreef! I've heard that Bryan eats like a teenager and cleans like one too! But at least he doesn't cry .... much!
  15. Poochie, I'd say that based on those pics, your culinary expertise more than made up for the (truly awful) Saints game! Wonderful cook and great pics. Kudos!
  16. MacKenzie - wow, you've got more guts than brains! You're one VERY hard working lady. Going out in the middle of a blizzard to clear snow ... Ma'am, you have my undying admiration!
  17. Doc, thank you for that info. I truly appreciate your input. I'll hold off until we hear from you about your CS experience. Thanks again!
  18. MacKenzie, that sun room looks to be free standing. How do you get to little piece of heaven through all those drifts without freeze your little dawgs? I just can't imagine living as far north as you!
  19. Tony, the color on those ribs is just out-freaking-standing! You're getting the most out of those KKs sitting on your Patio. Very nicely done and killer money shots. Kudos!
  20. Thanks, Doc! Looks like a couple of really informative sites. Hey, by the way, what kind/brand of pressure cooker do you have/recommend? Thanks in advance!
  21. That dawg looks sooooooo abused! Being forced to sleep on the couch! Where's the SPCA when you need 'em!?
  22. Wow! I'm glad I didn't see this before breakfast! I'd have eaten the plates. Beautiful money shots and that bacon looks positively wonderful. Kudos!
