  1. dj - I've got a 32 and I'm not sure that the diameter is what you're looking for. The 32 is not circular but rather it's an ovoid shape of sorts. Wait until you get your 32 and as Wilbur suggests, transfer the curve of the 32 to what your building.
  2. Bosceaux - you're a wild man! That 32 is gonna be unlike anything you've ever cooked on by a very long shot! Your other big grill is gonna look like just another kamado next to your BB. The amount you can cook on it at once is not to be believed. Congrats! Hey, you do know th only way you. An get any crazier is to order 2 KK BB 32s, right? Do I hear you calling Dennis yet!?!? Just think of it ... 2 BB 32s!
  3. Poochie - wonderful color on tose leg quarters and that money shot is out of this world! Nicely done. Kudos!
  4. Rak - come on down! Jump on in the water and the cooking are wonderful! Aashini needs her very own KK!
  5. Tony, why haven't I seen much in the way of corn on sale here in OK land? Is it still too early or are you boys hoarding all the good stuff for yourselves?
  6. bosceaux - you're sweetening ckreef's deal?! Are you the new North American Agent for Dennis? How far can we back date these deals, Buddy?
  7. That's how he does it, huh?! Suzanne, no fair! Charles has an unfair advantage! Y'all are ganging up on us!
  8. I'm a tight so and so! Yeah, right!
  9. Happy wife, happy life! Or so I'm told!
  10. How about reel to reel? I've got a ton of vinyl 45s and LPs! Talk about collectors' items! I'm told by my audiophile friends, the guys who drop $100,00+ on ultra high end systems and think nothing of it, that vinyl gives the absolute best reproduction. You couldn't prove it by my ears, but then I'm half deaf.
  11. Tony - that's a beautiful twist on pizza. Very creative and a great money shot. Kudos! Hey, I thought you Iowa Farm Boys put corn in/on everything this time of year! Did I miss the corn in this dish? Roasted corn salsa on the side?
  12. Poochie - beautiful cook, wonderful write-up, and killer money shots. It doesn't get any better! Kudos to ya!
  13. Tony - those are what we call down here in this past of the world ... Beaudacious Ribs! Kudos all over to ya! Simply a killer money shot.
  14. Charles - that is way, way over the top! Simply amazingly great cook. That presentation is really stunning. How do you keep doing this? I stand in awe ...
  15. Syzygoes - now that's a couple of really nice cooks! I absolutely love hamburgers and the best burgers are done on a griddle, just like you show. That setup maximizes the Maillard reaction and yields the best tasting burgers, at least in my opinion. I'm going to look into this baking steel. Looks exactly what I have been looking for in terms,of my burger cooks. Thanks!
  16. Tony - you're killing me! You're aiding and abetting the draining of my bank account. The books are the cheap part! Now I have to go buy a grinder, a sausage funnel, casings , etc. I figure that first sausage is gonna set me back about $450! Of course, after that it's all marginal costing, but still .... Thanks for the pointers. Those look like good starters for me.
  17. Rob, I doubt the NFL sees the likes of Drew but once in a generation! He's an awesome talent and a wonderful human being. A very rare combination!
  18. Poochie, a really nice cook! Kudos! You and Bolo seem to have struck up quite a friendship .... with eachother and especially with everything that hits the grates! Congrats again!
  19. Rob, you're absolutely right ... this IS a very big deal. Dennis, I hope this helps you really put a lot more KKs on folk's patios. Now why didn't I think of this? That's the story of my life!
  20. All's well that ends well! I'm glad that you and Tatay have been reunited and that no major damage was inflicted. I'm just hoping that the authorities caught the dunb schmucks that did you and Tatay dirt!
  21. I wanna see the Saints back in the Stupor Bowl. Drew's beginning to get a little long in the tooth and he deserves much more success!
