  1. Link to another member uncrating, this should be enough to have a skilled person create a crate for you. It is for a 23", but should be able to scale it. Remember, the spin top comes off and the upper collar is trapped in between wood strips in the crate, the first pic shows this. Another link to a 23, with different angles, etc for reference.
  2. I cannot find any photo's of the crate, sorry
  3. I may have some photos from when I received my various cookers. I will look for them. I did find a picture of the support blocks, it only shows down to a 23" size, but you should be able to use the design modified to fit under the cooker.
  4. Good choice on the tile. It is a well known documented fact that the pebble tile cooks better food.
  5. Thanks for the explanation I tried to cook baby backs, never could get them juicy. I gave up and now all I do are Spare ribs w/ the flaps or St Louis. More fat, super juicy.
  6. What is the 3/2/1 method? I cook ribs at 220 bone down for 2 hours, then wrap meat down, back on for 2.5 hours same temp.
  7. I use the BBQ GURU DigiQ, wired probes and fan. This has been my setup for years. It has proven to be dependable.
  8. The 4x4 pot holder - genius
  9. Yes, a gift from another friend on my 60th.
  10. Made a book case for a friend. Walnut w/ hardwax oil finish.
  11. Ospho is a great product. It basically changes rust back to a black paintable surface. I used it for any rusty metal rehab. You'll have success with that process.
  12. I have used magic erasers, they work well, but fall apart quickly. I have used zep for grease or dawn dish soap with a dobi scrub, both work well. With any of the approaches, hot water is a key.
  13. I wonder if wished he had made her angry more often?
  14. food looks great. Looks like it rained on ya'll.
  15. Bernzomatic weed burner 100% of the time. low-n-slow - light a small bit of charcoal. higher heats - light more.
  16. I enjoy using just olive oil, salt & pepper on spareribs. 250f, bone side down for 2 hours w/ smoke. wrap in foil, meat side down, back on for 2.5 hours. the porky goodness shines and the meat is very tender.
  17. Mother-in-laws old arbor swing was falling apart. purchased a new Cypress bench and built a pressure treated Arbor frame. whole thing came in under $700 cost. new pre-built arbor frames were over $1,110 by them selves with 2x4 construction no less..
  18. here are a couple of shirts for amusement. LOVE the BBQ shirt, it is worn by the BBQ employees.................................................................
  19. @tekobo - Thanks, I did the same. I have Niece who is making me a sign.
  20. One of my brothers asked for a TV console table made of Cherry. This is the result. finished with hard wax oil satin. had a great time putting this one into reality.
