Thanks Charles. As you know, it doesn't matter what we think it's the voters that have the final say. The red squares are raw red peppers, I added them for the extra colour.

Its so hard competing against our KK cooks, they are some of the best cooks I know.

For the Guru challenge I am going with Thai Chicken Satays. Satays are my favorite. Served them with the standard peanut sauce.
