  1. ckreef, I love peach anything. That jam looks awesome. I hope it tastes as good as it looks when you open up a jar tomorrow.
  2. Enough with how hot it is where you live, we are not having a great summer. Have not seen a rain/shower free for well over a week. Yesterday as I was driving into town in the early afternoon, the radio said it was 16 C, aka, 60 F, eek tinyfish, I bought my red peppers this evening.
  3. Poochie, you pulled a fast one, I don't remember bronze metallic as being one of the options Actually I do really like that colour, it will be stunning and I can't wait to see it.
  4. There are many ways to serve that rotisserie chicken and one of my favourites is in a hot chicken sandwich. Naturally it must be served with fries and peas I had just picked these peas and if you have ever done that and tasted them raw you will know how sweet and delicious they are. I just couldn't bare to cook them. Not only are they very sweet but there is a little crunch too. BTW, I used the bones of that chicken to make stock soooooo why not make a butter/flour roux and make gravy with some of the stock.
  5. tinyfish, I never thought of doing a roasted pepper sandwich but I'd consider it now. Good luck with that Challenge.
  6. Syzygies, looks like you are going to have a lot of very good eating with that pulled pork.
  7. Bryan, I'm sure I'd like that lunch.
  8. Wilbur, I love that dinner, it just makes my mouth water soooooooooo much.
  9. Many thanks, bryan, you sure know how to put a smile on my face
  10. Robert, what a beautiful job you did on those steaks, mouthwatering.
  11. Here is my first KK pizza, rotisserie chicken, mushroom, onion, fresh mozzarella, Monterey Jack with an olive oil sauce. Spread some of the oil sauce over the dough- Topping added, mushrooms, onions, chicken and fresh moz. Loaded and ready for the grill which is at 525 F. Baked for 11 mins. Plated. Bottom Crust.
  12. The standard drip tray looks good enough to be a drinks serving tray;) I have the double bottomed one as well.
  13. Those steaks look grrrreat.
  14. GM, those sure are tasty looking wings, yum yum.
  15. Wilbur and GrillingMontana, thanks, I think it looks pretty good too. I'm going to do a chicken pizza later today, first one, first chicken one and first pizza on Pebbles.
  16. Tomahawk, very much enjoyed reading about your SV adventure and I'm positive now that you have the real McCoy life will be so much easier. Here's to your getting a KK very soon. You will have so much pleasure from it, you can't imagine how much.
  17. ckreef, that is beautiful, down right gorgeous.
  18. Oh my goodness that is one mess of butts and the KK seems to be handling it in fine style.
  19. It is a tough one, if you really want pebbles I'd say get what you really want. You will have this grill for a very long time and it should be exactly as you want it.
  20. That's a tough one, do you wait until the pebbles arrive or take the tiles and get it now. Whatever you get I'm sure you will be thrilled with how this grill works. It is amazing.
  21. I don't know, Poochie, but that Terra Blue looks pretty sharp to me.
