  1. Tiny with my new kk table coming it will be all I need. The gasser is practical just not used here at all. I am all about the charcoal !!!

  4. I switched to Mac a few years ago.... Best decision ever!!! Our entire house is Apple. 27" iMac 13" MacBook Pro 13" MacBook Air 3 iPad 2nd gen 2 iPad mini 2 iPod touch 2 iPhone 6 1 iPhone 5s 2 Apple TV I love apple now couldn't imagine going any other way.
  5. So for those that know me from the other forum you may remember an argument/disagreement that Mrs. bosco and myself had. I wanted to sell the gasser.... She wanted to keep it. I really haven't used it all all in 2 plus years. Maybe once or twice. It was a very expensive gasser and I stored it in the shed on her this spring. She put her foot down hard and refused to let me sell it. After a while I lost the battle and pulled it out for her. She never used it once but really not worth the battle over something so trivial. Well today we were winter ozone the yard and began putting things away. She said to me "I think we should sell the gasser". I tried to keep my composure and not spit out I told you so. I responded with well if that's what you think then I will list it!! I can't wait to get rid of this thing, may not be the best timing right now as we are going into the fall winter season. My dad is going to store it for me if it doesn't sell until the spring. One less thing to have junking up the yard. It is not really junk, it's a 2500 gasser lol but I don't need it. Once the KKs come that gives me 5 Kamado cookers. Time to really think hard about what I need to do. It is ridiculous to think I will need this many cookers. My KKs will be what is used. I think I can live with three grills.... A 16" kk may just pop up in the spring now

  12. I dip ketchup with my hot sandwich. Ketchup and gravy with a hot turkey sandwich is magic. It may just be a Canadian thing lol. Mackenzie I have you're back on that one

  15. that looks incredible. In all honesty, perhaps the best skin on any bird that I have ever seen !!! You know that not many people do the sandwiches. I love after the holiday cooks to have left over turkey for turkey sandwiches. I add in some mushrooms with the peas. Hot turkey/chicken sandwiches reminds me of my childhood, my family and the holidays!!!
  16. you know in my short time here on the forum I have learned a few things!! You are all eager to help spend peoples money..... then you all share in the excitement of the new purchase..... then (for all of you that have gone through the purchase and have their kk) you love to rub in the torture of the wait lol!!! It is like high school hazing all over agin lol!!! Can't wait to torment guys like Jaqqx and red stick when they purchase!!!!
  17. next time I am down there I will grab one thanks for the tip Wifi sure its a gimmick for the sous vide... but I love apps for cooking! I can see why you would be upset... but better to pay full retail and enjoy now then always waiting for the next price drop!

  19. I figured it was something that I have to try so I decided it was time. I have been waiting for the nomiku wifi, however, they seem like they are delayed in production by almost 6 months. Anova wifi is ready to ship on the 15th of this month so I went with that plus 50.00 off when you pre order Went to a kitchen supply store and purchased a cambro 4.75Gal container with lid. This is 12x18x9 and should handle just about everything that I will need it for

  21. I am border line OCD... or perhaps full out... probably full out anyways..... I am a schedule guy. Give me a task, I will nail it, give me a target date... I will hit it. I like to be in the know. When I am in the dark I freak out... once I have an end date... cool as a cucumber
