i had 2 large bge cooked on them for many many years talked to dennis for 2 to 3 years then pulled the trigger on a 23 best decision of my life the cooker is leagues ahead of big red and bge trust me when i say this i will never go back now if you can afford to go 32 then i wouldn't give it a second thought i would pull the trigger good luck on your decision

@tony b unfortunately this wont be fixed till things are updated on the back half when we don't see the issues on the main forum like what was posted in the example post we will know its fixed same issues are appearing for me on my end that all of you are experiencing

i am getting the same issues i do believe we have to update the theme in order for this to be fixed

yea i like the lower temps as well for my pizza cooks my target is 450-max 650 no need to get up to 900 degrees all of the above info is excellent tips

I have the 23 but if i had to do it over i would hands down have went with the 32 that being said i absolutely love the 23 and can do cooks for 1 or many on it like was said talk with dennis he set you straight and what ever you go with i am sure you will absolutely love it
