Yep in my egg i always used a deflector when i got my kk i went the foil way as well as everyone has stated

I had 2 eggs that i sold before my KK arrived yes it sucks not grilling but when you get your new kk the only regret will be why you didnt pull trigger sooner all the things you are saying wrong with the egg is the reason most of us got KK's You wont look back Congrats and welcome to the KK family Excellect color choice

I have the 23 and it for sure takes care of all my needs however if i had to do it all over again i would get the 32 having the extra space on the main grate is excellent not often but at times with the 23 i feel i need more space to have less juggling food around good luck on your choice they are both excellent grills as well as the rest of the KK line

I often thought if i ever decided to move i would sell my kk and buy a new one so i could have it delivered where the new house was plus it would be new so my 2 cents sell them both and buy new cant talk you out of it if you arent using the 23 much as you have been i guess selling is the best option seems like the 32 is the go to grill now best of luck on semi retiring

I used bge for many many years like you said the food was so juicy then i got a KK well its just night and day the food that comes off a kk is so much more juicy flavorful and full of moisture ,if you love what comes off your bge you will love it more if you owned a KK

The KK is night and day from the bge i cooked on 2 large bge's for many many years and like many have said in this forum once you get the kk home and cook on it you will ask yourself why didnt i pull the trigger sooner . the 21 is a nice size you will love it

I had 2 large bge's and i found it to be the same i now have the kk 23 and at times i wish i got the 32 but the 23 is perfect for all my needs weather i am cooking for myself or family i have a family of 4 btw my kk takes the same amount of time to start up as the bge did. the 22 is terrific as well as all the kk's plus the 22 has the high cap top good luck on your decision

Try a lower temp i get best results at 450 475 then i do at higher temps also your dough moisture ect plays a big role too on how it cooks on the steel

Congrats and welcome to the kk family cooking on a kk is night and day compared to the bge.. i have cooked on bge's for over 20 plus years all i can say is when you cook on your kk you are absolutely going to love it and wonder why you didnt pull the trigger sooner what color did you pick out?

Mac so what you are saying is before when you signed in you would automatically go to dennis profile then when you left his profile you would get error is that what was happening But today it hasnt happened and you are back to normal would that be correct

I would try the same as i suggested to tony log out of site then back in and see if you are still getting this error

dont shut down the browser log out of the kk forum and back in and see if that helps any
