That chilli looks great Mac. I like that bowl its in! What’s the shelf life of the black garlic? that chilli takes me back when I was a kid. My dad used to make a huge pot of chili on some Sundays and we would eat it during the week. Good memory! Thanks for posting that. Can’t remember if his chili had beans or not.

Hello Mac, that’s a lot of cheese do you vacuum seal it and freeze it? I haven’t tried my cold smoker yet but cheese looks like a good way to start.

Wow another amazing breakfast! Looks delicious Mac. I have a question for you I bought some of that fish sauce at my local market I want to try it, but don’t know how much to use any help will be appreciated. I kind of over spice things when I’m cooking and I don’t want to put the fish sauce In and have it taste all fishy but putting to much in. My daughter says just use a couple drops that doesn’t seem like enough to me anyway any help would be appreciated have a great day
