  2. Mac if you need any help eating all that pastrami l can help out those sandwiches look goooooood!
  3. I also remove the charcoal basket and use a shop vac that I bought especially for removing the ash. I also installed a special dry wall bag to the vac to catch the very fine powdery ash.

  17. Shuley that steak is making my mouth water. I bought several things from snake River Farms but never any steaks but they do look tasty Nice cook. I agree with Tyrus looks sous vide With no gray around the edge, must from the low temp. I learned something new at this site every day. Thanks for posting the pictures

  21. Hello everybody. I’m planning on cooking a turkey breast for thanksgiving on my KK I would welcome any suggestions on how to do it. My plan is to Brian it and then smoke it? Any suggestions would be welcom Like what Temp How long
