Since I’ve had my Kamado I’ve only cooked with coffee char. I ordered a ton of charcoal , some coffee char and some coconut Shar from Dennis and had a few guys that wanted to partake in sharing it. But I still had a lot left. But it’s good to read this post so I’ll know what to buy if I ever run out LOL this form is so informative.
That soup looks delicious. I’ve been wanting to make some butternut soup, even bought the squash but ended up cubing and then baking it. Cool spoon! Is that fish edible?
thats great! wait till you see it up close and personal its going to blow you away. Pictures don’t do these justice. I’ve had mine over a year and a half and still look at it every day lol. Please take plenty pictures uncrating it and setting up, also of first cook. We love pictures.
I put peas in just about everything. Nice looking meal Mac. I’m going to have try that purple crack after listening to all you folks talking about it. I use a lot of pepper. Does the purple crack taste anything like regular pepper?
