Great looking brisket Yum Yum.

I just put on a pre-rubbed try tip. And I'm trying my smoking pot for the first time. Haven't taken any pictures yet but I'll take some when it when it's done. And then as we celebrate this memorial day I think a moment of silence for all of our fallen heroes would be appropriate.

Once you have it I think you will be putting on the patio. These grills are works of art something to show off. You'll know what I mean when it arrives.

Hey Mac have you tried Steven R's candy bacon? While your are grilling it you paint it with maple syrup and sprinkle it with brown sugar, then turn over and do the same. Looks delicious next time I cook bacon I'm going to try it.
