  16. Picked up this small beef roast .thought I would give it some rub...on it goes over some pecan..and ready to rest for the sear...after another rest ready to slice...and plated with a nice salad. Outback kamado Bar and Grill

  19. Actually I left it wrapped in glad wrap in the fridge for a couple of days before I got around to slicing it and used my bread knife I know bread knife but it worked lol. Been meaning to get a brisket knife I think leaving it wrapped in the fridge had the same effect as freezing and a steady eye lol Outback kamado Bar and Grill

Keep in mind the freeze dried I sent tony and ckreef are fresh as straight from the plant and freeze dried the ones you are looking at are just dried for commercial use so the moisture has been taken out of them and you will not get that purple colour still taste great but not as fresh Outback kamado Bar and Grill

  23. Depends on the size .big cuts off meat generally will get to this point it's their way of breaking down .I prefer collar butt /pork neck inject rub or baste because it's smaller it just cooks along nicley Outback kamado Bar and Grill

  25. It's called the stall that's when you wrap it don't adjust the temp and ride it out .as for the wood just throw them on there and wait for the smoke to settle down before throwing on meat .you will get there Outback kamado Bar and Grill
