  4. Will give it a shot when I get them. What did you cook with them? low and slow, grilling or high cooks?
  5. I put all the stainless in the dishwasher. I wiped the outside and inside with some mild soapy water. Then wiped down with a damp cloth. Australian customs require that goods be fumigated so I didn't want to risk nasty chemicals being on the grills etc.... That all said, the burn in would have killed off all the germs anyway. Have fun!
  6. How exciting You can track it using https://www.marinetraffic.com/en/ais/details/ships/shipid:1037296/mmsi:370486000/vessel:CSCL HOUSTON I have been told not to ask Bosco though as when he was tracking his the boat, the boat disappeared and then caught on fire... well according to the pranksters on the forum anyway...
  7. This thread is seriously making my mouth water..... great looking cooks topped off by a beer.
  8. I just put in a order. The service was really good. They sms’ed me and asked if I wanted to left at door or sign for it. Anyway ended up having a chat. They were in Perth last week visiting Raymond and Troy. They sponsor griller warfare so we’re visiting them too. So how did you light them up Aussie? I normally use the natural fire lighters - did that work for you? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

I was wondering about that Tony.... I haven’t tried myself but will ask if it’s treated. I think we can get untreated but I would have to ask. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Bunnings. You can buy the bbq packaged ones. Outdoor chef also sell. When I went to the urban griller bbq school, Chris said just to buy cedar planks in wood section. Cut it yourself. It works out cheaper Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

Yes, I get my meat from Troys. I am a loyal fan haha to me it was great quality but I haven’t tried cape grim. Bonfire did a cape grim one not long ago. He bought it direct online. Urban griller (Chris) does do bulk orders that he shares with people he has on his list. He can email him. It is a bit cheaper. He uses the profits to help bbq clubs in Perth. I haven’t used him as Troys is closer to me. Being close to me, I am sure the floreat butcher stocks cape grim. But they would be expensive. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  23. Oh... no man cave. That’s a tragedy Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
