Re: I'm in the States for a while.

I'm not sure how long I'll be here.

Long as you need. of course. Lost my dad a couple years ago. No fun but those hospice people were great.

Your dad is lucky to have you around right now. Our thoughts are with you.

Dennis, our prayers are with you. I too lost my father two years ago, think of him every day. He was the man I'd like to become, and I try to be like him as much as possible. Your dad must be a great person to have raised a son that is as honest and forthcoming as you. God bless to your family especially this holiday season, Dave

Our thoughts and prayers are with you

In times like this we seem to find the strength, hope, and faith. We are with you in good times and the tough times. Have faith that only one journey is ending and another everlasting one is beginning. May you all find peace and love, John

Dennis sorry to hear about your dad. I lost my dad last year and he is one of the reasons I researched and ended up buying a KK. Take care of your dad and family. We will be here if you need us. My prays are with you.

Re: I'm in the States for a while.

My father is terminally ill and has entered hospice. I flew back to be with him. No good time to loose a parent, I'm not sure how long I'll be here.

:(:(

I cant say it better than all of the above..

He's now gone..

My father Jack Linkletter died in his sleep the morning of December 18th at his home in Dry Creek Valley after battling cancer for almost 3 years. He was the definition of a brilliant, amazing loving man and 70 years young.

In his post-mortem screed to us he wrote,

"I do have one last question: I spent all these years, feeding my curiosity, reading, questioning, analyzing, what do I do with all this stuff?

P.S. I have just been cleared for landing."
