MacKenzie
After seeing tinyfish's roasted red pepper sandwich I knew I had to try it. Some sweet red peppers are ready for roasting on the KK. Put these on the grill before breakfast. Roasted. Skin Removed. Sandwich building time. A layer of lettuce, Canadian bacon, roasted red pepper, cremini mushrooms on sourdough bread spread with the white pizza sauce. Build nearly done. The cheese was melted by the hot mushrooms. Lunch.

CeramicChef
MacKenzie - I think I'd eat that in a New York second and ask for seconds in a split second and never feel embarrassed! Beautiful money shot. Kudos, kudos, kudos!
tinyfish
The highest complement one can receive is having someone cook their food. Thank you MacKenzie you brought my sandwich to the next level and then some.
MacKenzie
This is going to sound like a mutual admiration society but I'm glad you came up with the original idea because I never would have. Thanks to you I had a great lunch today and I'm going to have another one tomorrow. :)
MacKenzie
I thing Poochie was right when he said I spent 6 years doing high school - evidence, I spelled "roasted" incorrectly in the title. Anyone know how to edit the title once it has been set loose?
Poochie
It's impossible to correct. That way everyone can see your mistake. I'm sure someone can fix it. If not, there's always night classes.

MacKenzie
Poochie, I think I need the night classes for spelling, even spell check doesn't always work for me. If that fails then I'll have to use Bryan's suggestion. ;)
Poochie
I wouldn't worry too much about it. This is a great forum but I don't think it's published in the Wall Street Journal. Doesn't even make the 6 o'clock news. That being said, if there was no spell check on my computer, my typing would look like hieroglyphics. ckreef
Had to look twice at the tittle never noticed the first time.Yea me too. Should have never mentioned it, we wouldn't have known. I suck at spelling so if it's wrong I just blame my spell checker.
